Adding Variables in Vault Records

To add a new vault record for storing variables in the Vault:

1. Navigate to Robots > Vault.
2. Click Add Vault Record.
3. The Vault Record Details page is displayed. Choose Variables from the Template drop-down list.
4. Enter a unique name for the Identifier, and click Add. The Variable Entry Details pane is displayed. 
5. Enter the Value for the variable.
6. Choose the preferred Bot from the list. 
7. Add Note if required.
8. Click Save. The new record is saved and displayed in the Vault Records.
   
   The following example shows the identifier "DB_Var"  for the  template "Variables" for storing the variable value.
   
   You can add multiple variable values in a single identifier.
